In light of the uncertainty surrounding the outbreak of COVID-19, our priority continues to be the well-being of our customers, employees and partners. We are committed to ensuring that our services are operating in the safest way for all. We would like to reassure you that we are taking all necessary steps to follow the guidance given by the government, HSE and WHO at this time.

Our engineers work to strict health, safety and public health guidelines and we are operating in the safest way possible. Our engineers will have as little contact with members of your staff and the general public as possible, while also practising social distancing. The following are some of the guidelines we are incorporating to our existing safe working practices.

1. We will not require any of your staff to sign any worksheets but will instead just take their name which will be filled in by our Technician.

2. Technicians working in an area may be required to cordon the area (2m x 2m) to stop persons entering their workspace. If they are not given this space, the technician may deem it unsafe to complete their task and therefore will not complete the work.

3. All our engineers are supplied with disposable gloves and hand sanitiser.

4. Those of our office staff that can work from home are doing so.

At this current time we are satisfied with the stock held to support our customers, but we are monitoring our supply chains and should this situation change we will advise.

We will always prioritise urgent, or H&S call types.

We have been advised by the mobile network providers that there is some strain on the network due to the number of people working from home. Therefore we have given an options to any customer to also log calls directly to our support desk using the email – servicedesk@tokheimservices.com.

Finally, we are aware that the above may change as advice by the government, HSE and WHO also changes. As we continue to navigate these challenging and uncertain times, we will endeavour to keep you all updated, as we react to any new directives.

Regards,

TSG Ireland
